Checking the AI's marks and bringing colleagues to DeepMarking both pay you back, in marking credits, bonus markings or money off your bill. Here is every reward and its rules.

Review rewardsPro, Plus and Max	Change a mark or comment, or clear a review flag the AI raised. Confirming a submission counts once.	$0.02 off your bill per criterion, once each.	Up to half your plan's price per billing period. Taken off your bill once the balance reaches $20. Never taken back.
Referral: a colleague joinsEvery plan	A colleague signs up with your link or code, verifies their email and marks a real submission.	3 bonus markings for you.	Up to 10 rewarded sign-ups a month. Not for your own other addresses, throwaway inboxes or sign-ups from your own network.
Referral: a colleague subscribesEvery plan	A colleague enters your code on the pricing page and buys a plan.	They get 20% off their first billing period. You get account credit worth 20% of what they paid.	Their discount is at most one month of their plan. Your credit arrives 30 days after their first payment if they are still subscribed and have paid at least a month. Up to $1,000 a year. A refund or dispute cancels it.
Referral credit while on FreeFree plan	A colleague you invited subscribes while you are on Free.	Your credit is saved for your first plan payment, plus 5 bonus markings at once.	Saved credit lasts 6 months.
Marking feedbackEvery plan	Rate a marking with stars and tags, or write what the AI got wrong, in the assessment settings.	Better marks on that assessment: an accepted lesson becomes a rule for that project from the next marking.	No credits or money. Your feedback is read by the team and never emailed.

Bonus markings

A bonus marking lets you mark one submission when your plan would otherwise stop you: Free's one marking a day, a paid plan's daily ceiling, or credits that have run out. It is used only then, the one that expires soonest first.

They expire 90 days after you earn them.
You can hold up to 30 unspent.
On Free, each one you receive also lets your assessment hold one more submission.

Account credit

Referral credit and paid review rewards come off your next plan payment by themselves: a first purchase, a renewal or a plan change. The plan prices already show it. Credit is never paid out as money.

Where to see yours

Rewards in your account (account menu, Profile, Rewards) shows every reward in one place: your review rewards, your referral credit and bonus markings, and each colleague who joined and what their reward is waiting for.
Plans (Manage plan or Upgrade plan in the account menu) shows your bonus credits beside your plan credits.
Each student's result card shows the review reward that submission earned.
