Sign in, reset or change your password
Sign in from the home page with Log in. If you have forgotten your password, request a reset link from the same panel.
- On the home page, choose Log in.
- Use the same method you signed up with: Continue with Google, Continue with LinkedIn, Continue with X, or your email and password.
- Choose Sign in.
If you signed up with Google, LinkedIn or X, you have no DeepMarking password unless you added one. Sign in with the same provider button.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in panel, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email and choose Send reset link.
- Open the email and click the link. It expires in 1 hour.
- On Choose a new password, enter a password of at least 8 characters in New password and Confirm new password.
- Choose Update password.
Changing your password signs you out everywhere. Sign in again with the new password.
If the page says Reset link missing, you opened it without the link from the email. Open the email link again, or request a new one.
Change your password while signed in
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Profile.
- Choose Security.
- Enter the new password twice and choose Update password.
If you signed up with Google, LinkedIn or X, this section lets you add a password so you can also sign in with email. Your social sign-in keeps working.
Messages you might see
- "This account is suspended. Contact support." The account has been suspended under our Terms of Service.
- "Access from this network is blocked. Contact support if you believe this is a mistake." Sign-ins and new accounts from this network address are blocked. Shared networks, such as campus Wi-Fi, can be affected by one suspended account.
For either message, email [support@deepmarking.com](mailto:support@deepmarking.com).
On a phone
The sign-in pages do not open on phones. Use a tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
Common questions
- I did not get the reset email.
- Check your spam folder and make sure you used the address you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, LinkedIn or X, you may not have a password to reset: sign in with that provider instead.
