Paid plans, changes and cancelling
DeepMarking has three paid plans, Pro, Plus and Max, each billed weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Your marking credits refill at the start of each calendar month, whichever billing interval you choose.
Credits per billing period
| Plan | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | 75 | 300 | 900 | 3,780 |
| Plus | 160 | 600 | 1,920 | 7,500 |
| Max | 350 | 1,200 | 3,750 | 15,000 |
Quarterly and yearly allowances arrive in monthly instalments, so Pro quarterly gives 300 a month and Pro yearly gives 315 a month. The Pricing page shows the monthly figure in brackets. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
Other limits

When credits refill
Monthly allowances refill on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Credits you do not use in a month do not carry over.
Upgrade from Free
- Open the account menu and choose Upgrade plan.
- Pick Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
- Choose Get Pro, Get Plus or Get Max and enter your card.
Your new limits apply straight away.
Switch to another tier
- Open the account menu and choose Manage plan.
- Choose Adjust plan, then Switch to the tier you want.
- Check the amounts. On the same billing interval, nothing is charged at the moment of switching. Moving up adds the difference for the rest of the period to your next invoice. Moving down credits your unused time against it.
- Confirm. Your new limits apply immediately.
Change your billing interval
- Open the account menu and choose Manage plan, then Adjust plan.
- Pick the interval you want, for example Yearly. Your tier now shows Switch to yearly billing.
- Check the amounts and confirm.
A new interval starts a new billing period that day, so you are charged straight away: the new price, less a credit for unused time on your current plan. If the card is declined, nothing changes. The same applies when you switch tier and interval together.
Cancel
- Open the account menu and choose Manage plan.
- Under Cancellation, choose Cancel subscription, then confirm.
Nothing is charged to cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the current period, then move to Free. Until that date you can choose Resume subscription and nothing changes.
After your plan ends
Your projects and marks stay. Free limits apply from then on. If you have more than one assessment, you cannot start another until you are back under the Free limit or upgrade again.

- Is there a charge for cancelling?
- No. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.
